Frequently Asked Questions

In general, for products with a volume of more than 100ml, the MOQ is 1,000 units, and for those less than 100ml, it is 2,000~5000 units. However, this can vary depending on the product, so detailed consultation is necessary.

The lead time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the package materials are received. However, this period may vary under a turnkey process where we manage the materials.

From selecting accessory suppliers to inventory intake, accessory control can be managed in a Turn-Key manner. However, for the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of accessories, it starts from a minimum of 5,000 to 10,000 pieces, and a down payment is required when placing an order.
